"Get ready to go" issue

We are aware of an issue where users try to access clubs/comps portal and are stuck on the screen showing "ready to go!" displayed below. 


Users should be able to access this via an incognito window.

  • UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved by our IT team and won't effect any further users attempting to use the system.

    Any users still facing the above message from last week please: 1) Log out of 2) Clear cache on your web browser 3) Log back in
