Match Stats Submissions

It seems that clubs in our league are often submitting there starting line up and the full time history is showing up as players that have started even though the game date is in the future. Then if the game is postponed they are seeing that there match stats are showing as complete and they are not submitting full and complete match reports.

I am not sure if there is a disconnect in UI and the statuses but basically you should not be able to confirm your starters and subs used until the game has started at least.
