Can't access the portals "Unauthorised Access"
Unauthorised access - User tries to log in and cannot get access, instead gets a padlock and "Unauthorised access message".
This can be easily fixed by the user and is due to them being signed in when the initial update took place.
Step One: Go to clubs.thefa.com and click on your name in the top right (this will be a head icon on mobile devices)
Step Two: Click "Log Out"
Step Three: sign back into clubs.thefa.com with your credentials.
