Notification option for expired/expiring qualifications

i note that on the comps portal for the league officials there is a function to send a notification to officials who's qualifications have expired or are soon to expire- could this please be added to the club portal, perhaps in a bulk option to support both club volunteers and county fa's stay on top of compliance?
