Manage League & Cup User Experience - Updates to the process of managing leagues and cups to make the process easier for club admins.

Team Officials Tab - This allows competition admins to view a list of all team officials within their competition (club officials coming soon)
View team officials safeguarding qualification - Competition administrators will be able to view safeguarding compliance of team officials within their league from an easy to use table.
View team officials contact details and other qualifications - View team official roles, their contact information and other relevant coaching qualifications.
