Display Verified Email Flag on Coaches' Profiles in Club Portal
With the recent changes to the DBS process and the new requirement for team officials' email addresses to be verified before they can receive important communications, it's become increasingly difficult to troubleshoot issues when emails aren't going through.
To help streamline problem-solving and improve transparency, I’d like to suggest adding the "Verified" Email flag to coaches' profiles within the Club Portal. This would allow club admins and support teams to quickly see whether a coach’s email address has been verified, helping to identify and resolve communication issues more efficiently.
