Notification of Intent

Can this Window please include the Contact details of the Club, the Chairman and the Secretary would be perfect?  This is silly that we need to then go hunting for the Club details when we find that that they are registered with another club on the same League playing day though are now leaving though we need in writing that they are leaving.

Also, from the other side.  Maybe an upload of a pdf document  / Email that you have received allowance for the player move.  As just a tick box is really an easy get around for Secretaries.
