Player Suspension

I receive a weekly email for a player who must serve a 4 match suspension, Khai Deary. The player has left my club and is detached in Club Portal and is not currently attached to an affiliated club and potentially never will. Whilst I appreciate that he will have to serve his 4 game ban if and when he is attached to an affiliated club and that the portal will retain that suspension matches have not been added until such time that the suspension is served there is no efficiency in me receiving a weekly email concerning it. I would imagine the system has the capability to retain the information pertaining to the suspension without having to send an erroneous email to somebody on a weekly day about it when the player is not attached to an affiliated club. Could this be looked into please. Thanks in advance.
