Team Qualifications Report

Could you please try to make the Team Qualifications Report more user friendly. The merging of cells makes it very difficult to sort the data by volunteer name.  Can we have a simple report of team 'roles' rather than team 'qualifications'.  If such a report was available, we could then check more easily how many roles are being fulfilled and, importantly, how many individuals are fulfilling those roles.  Perhaps a simple Club Volunteers report?
