Could the hearing notification be more specific for non-personal and personal hearing, please? 

if a hearing is a correspondence hearing, the notification sent to clubs should specifically state that their attendance is not required. Unfortunately, we are dealing with increased number of emails from clubs questioning whether they need to attend or not, and it takes valuable time for us to deal with responses.
