Hidden Full-Time Fixtures should not show in Club Portal for suspensions

Fixtures marked as 'hidden' in Full-Time, as they are still being worked on and haven't been confirmed, are appearing for teams to select as suspension matches within the Club Portal. This shouldn't be the case as it may confuse clubs as to their upcoming fixtures if changes are subsequently made.
