Postponements

When clubs are postponing games could the 'I will do later feature' be removed so they have to give a reason. Would also suggest if they select other another text box opens to give a reason like the notes in Full Time.

It may also be useful for one of the options for postponement to be Ramadan as this causes lots of postponemnet issues.
