Prevent Clubs from folding without approval from a league or County FA
This week we have had a team folded by a club accidentally on Portal. This was done without any league or County FA involvement. This has meant the team have had to be re-created, all players re-registered, fixtures re-created, match returns re-created, absolute mess. Please an approval step in before this happens.

There are numerous warning and confirmation messages that the club need to go through before the team is folded, there is also a period of 14 days in which the decision can be reversed. The fixtures in full time are not automatically removed until a league admin deletes them within the team pages. As per FA Rules and Regulations a club does not require permission from a League or County FA to fold a team so an approval process would not be compliant with the regulations.
A notification is sent to the club, league and County FA when a team is folded through this process so everyone is made aware.
