International Clearance

This isn't necessarily something that needs updating on the system but more of an enhancement.

We had a club recently go through the process of International Clearance. When registering the player on Club Portal they have ticked the International Clearance box under the assumption that something is sent to the FA to start the process. It turns out that wasn't the case and there was a separate form to complete. Therefore it might be worth adding a pop up to explain to the person completing the registration that they need to contact someone at the FA or a link to the form to complete as its not clear.
