To be able to download the contact details of team/club officials on the portal

* This would allow club welfare officers to quickly send emails to all officials within the club who have qualifications that need completing

We are currently looking at a way for Leagues to send push notifications from the Competition Portal for League Officials.

When we get feedback from this, and if successful, we will look to roll this out into Club portal which may help with this enhancement
