U18 players email addresses
- As a coach, I believe I am confirming that the player has no email address and therefore has dispensation – however, this is not the case as I cannot progress. It would seem that I need a CFA’s involvement. This should be clearly stated on Clubs Portal – the user flow on this does not work and I found myself going round in circles. We should either not allow coaches to tick this box and simply have commentary that informs the coach that this dispensation is required from CFA – or allow a coach to tick the box and on ticking the box send an email to CFA to request dispensation and inform the coach that this has been done…
