Club Affiliation Process Enhancement

On Affiliation, at the point that they 'tick' the box to say that they are confirming that the information supplied is correct, could a 'pop up' statement come up, so it reaffirms the key principles that they are confirming are correct.

For example:

- All Key Officials are Correctly assigned

- All Officials are assigned to the respective teams in their respective Roles

- We confirm that we have read and understand the Safeguarding Declaration

I don't necessarily feel that the person that is submitting the Affiliation is necessarily looking at what they are accepting.
