Player registration

Player registration is highlighting some players as needing further information via “add player info” tab and yet no information is missing - others that are exactly the same are ticked and ready to submit. How do we get around this ?

We’ve managed to work out that the missing information is mobile number on the parents account.


How would I put this forward as a request for consideration to make this a mandatory field along with gender on a child’s account  when parents are signing up for FAN accounts ?  These areas are generating quite a lot of work due to parents non completion of them.

  • This is a defect within the system so not an enhancement. This is currently being looked into by the support team.
