Notifications of suspended players/officials

Is there a way that the club portal can produce a notification of when a player/official is suspended? 

we are currently battling with clubs who have individuals signed for various teams, and aren't being made aware of suspensions because it happened for a different club. 

although there is a filter for suspended individuals, it would be far more beneficial to produce an email/portal notification. this would support the volunteers within clubs and prevent any confusion.
