Move "Report" tab to after "Marks" section

In Matchday tab, would make sense to have the option for "Report" showing after "Marks" as once Marks completed, then have to go back in order to submit to League (currently showing before Line Up).

The whole reporting UI needs redesigning, it's difficult to navigate.
