Make gender options for player registration inclusive to all

Currently when registering new players the only option for gender are male & female. Many grassroots players do not identify as male or female and the registration system would greatly benefit from having additional options to make football more accessible for those players. In the league I play in, some players are very upset when they are forced to pick male or female. This does not provide a safe and inclusive environment for all to play football. I can understand why it may need to be more black and white at the professional level, but at the grassroots level it should be much more inclusive and welcoming to the breadth of players wanting to play.
