Over 16s players requested for email addresses as primary Matchday app user
This maybe in Clubs. Over 16s players are being asked to connect an email. Something in this process then makes Payment management really difficult.
We're unable to see if a parent has Matchday connection to player. Parents without connections are unable to pay annual fees.
In the Clubs site, we lose ability to change parent emails, we have to add parents within the player record.
For our U17 teams, we're having to craft parent email link lists (as there's no export function) and manually take parents through getting link to their player.
Players still in the youth system under the age of 18 should still be manageable with a parent link for subs payment.
