Issue with 3-character minimum in surname field for searching for existing player records

I need to search for an existing player record to transfer over to our club, but I'm unable to use the name search function due to the 3-character minimum in the surname field (player's surname is Chinese-based and only contains 2 characters. I don't have the player's FAN so I'm at a loss as to how I'm supposed to find the record. Is it possible to have this limit removed?

Thanks for the suggestion.

Unfortunately for security reasons we have this set as three so the search is narrowed down. If you need assistance in searching or adding players with two characters in their name please contact your County FA and they will be able to assist.
