Notifications regarding player availability on Matchday

Hi

In the matchday app it allows parents to add notes to the system when updating their child's availability. Unfortunately there are no notifications or simple way for the manager to be aware that there have been any notes added.

I had a player say they were available but put in the notes that they could only play the first half. As I was unaware that any notes had been submitted I then had to rearrange our lineup last minute.

Please can you add some sort of notification feature in future updates.
