Player registration invite - tracker

The player registration invite is really useful however could be enhanced as follows: - the ability to remove the invite once the player has been added to the club (at present the warning message gives the impression that the player will be removed entirely from the club). - Track the invites so that when the parent has completed the details of the player the person adding them to the club and team is notified - otherwise it’s a case of repeatedly checking which is time consuming (as volunteers we need the system to be as slick as possible)
