Resend Email Capture
I sent an email capture request to a parent, which seemed not to arrive, which prompted me to try to resend, but there seems to be no facility to do this.
Once that one shot email has been sent and the status changes to "Awaiting Reply" I can see no way of moving the process forward if the email is not received.
Is there any way to allow the resending of this email, as there is for the consent / invites, in case the email gets sent to spam and deleted before the parent spots it, for example ?

At present - there is functionality within email capture tool to re-send an email (albeit we understand this is hidden away and not clear)
If you go to the player
Click "Save" > This will then resend the email to the user
Email Capture Tool is currently under a widescale review so functionality updates such as this should be rectified within this process.
This has been implemented and you can now resend the email.
