Communication Needs

There is space for players medical needs to be recorded, but what about communication needs (similar to medical needs the coach may need to be aware of these).

Hi for example our form for membership - which copied a template from one of the FA pages that was around, asks: Does your child have any communication needs, e.g. non-English speaker, hearing impairment, dyslexia, sign language user. This I suppose could be covered by medical needs but is slightly different. The same could be true that an adult footballer might have requirements that would help them understand better eg easy read information for learning disability players
