Fixture Improvements

We now have 58 teams playing across multiple leagues. At the moment I am managing fixtures, pitches and venues through Google Sheets. Some leagues let us amend times, pitches, and venues, some only allow fixture downloads, and the biggest challenge is when multiple leagues are playing on the same day. I have spoken to Ramsgate, Sevenoaks, Anchorians and Aylesford all similar size (if not bigger) and all are managing fixtures through spreadsheets and facing the same issue.

Full-Time works well league by league (if given the right access), but it doesn’t really work at club level across multiple leagues playing on the same day. There also isn’t a simple one-page view that would show all club fixtures on a given date, regardless of league and ability to change venues/pitches/times based on one view.

Even with a decent understanding of Full-Time, it is taking me hours to download, copy, paste, upload and cross-reference everything to avoid clashes.

It feels like there must be an easier or smarter way of doing this, and I’m probably missing something obvious. Any guidance or suggestions would be really appreciated.
