Notification of postponements to Match Officials

When our Fixtures Secretary postpones a fixture in Full-Time, the Match Officials are automatically removed at the same time, which is causing us problems.

When a fixture was postponed previously, the Match Officials remained on the fixture, our Referee Appointments Secretary received the notice of postponement (via email from Full-Time) and was then able to either reallocate them to another fixture or cancel their appointments.

This recent change is causing problems for our Referee Appointments Secretary and is quite a backward step in efficiency.
