Filter by Referee within Referee Appointments

With the introduction of u18 referees been hidden on Full-Time. It has made it slightly difficult for referee secretary to view their games in a list without exporting. 

If possible to having an additional filter in the referee appointments to see that officials games for that matchday would be beneficial
