Match Arranger for no fixture dates

I'm involved in boys & girls football and one of the most annoying things is when you have no fixture and you're looking to arrange a game.  You can spend a lot of time comparing league tables, team contacts, facebook/whatsapp groups/posts etc.  As part of the Fixtures section  could there be a new Match Arranger tab where you select your own team, the blank date when you have no fixture & then select age group, division, NO FIXTURE etc and then press GO.  This would then save a lot of time looking for fixtures and return results where you could then contact the team to arrange a game.  Just a software development addition and I feel would be greatly received by all teams as will save everybody time.
