Amendment to FT

Morning,

 Is there any chance you can add another box (Fan Number) to the referee data required on the match report ?

NAME.............. FAN NUMBER .................ROLE (as per 1st Page)

We are really focussing on SAFEGUARDING, and who is actually ref'ing these fixtures........and the above would help massively.

Can we remove the referee request on page 2, as it does not migrate across and not near the ref marks, so just confuses or duplicates. If it is in 1 place and requests all that is required then all should be good
