Manager profile pictures

I think it would be a good idea to have profile pictures on fulltime for the managers under their contact details. I send so many emails out to various coaches and feel it would be nice to put faces to the names/email addresses. It's easy for them to remember me as I'm one person but would be nice for me to be able to become familiar with them as I don't get then chance to meet them all or only meet them once in a while.
