Sign into County Portal. Here you will see the 'County Cups' menu option

Adding Teams from within County FA
Step 1. Select 'Cups' Tab
Step 2. Click on Cup to Add Teams to
Step 3. Click on 'Add Teams'
Step 4. Select 'Add Teams'
Step 5. The filters will be preset to match the Cup settings. However, these can be changed if required.
Search for the Teams to be added and select them using the boxes on the left hand side, or you can select all teams based on the selected filters
Step 6. Click 'Confirm' to add teams to cup
Adding Teams from other County FAs
Step 1. Select 'Cups' Tab
Step 2. Click on Cup to Add Teams to
Step 3. Click on 'Add Teams'
Step 4. Select 'Add External Teams'
Step 5. Select County FA that the team is based in and start to type in first 3 letters of name and click 'Search For Teams'
Search for the Teams to be added and select them using the boxes on the left hand side, or you can select all teams based on the selected filters
Step 6. Click 'Confirm' to add teams to cup
Removing Teams from County Cup
Step 1. Select 'Cups' Tab
Step 2. Click on Cup to Remove Teams from
Step 3. Under 'Cup Teams' tab click on the bin icon next to the team to be removed
Step 4. Click on 'Confirm'
The team will now now show for this competition.
