Dispensation tracker

Would it be possible to see in the County Portal the status of any dispensation requests which have been submitted from Clubs in our County? At the moment the parent is able to view the status of the request but the County has no knowledge of a request until the approval is granted. This would help us track the numbers, speed and status of any active requests.
