So, you may have created your own account, but what about your kids? People under the age of 16 will not be allowed to create their own FA account, so luckily until then, you can assign them to yours.
For example, if you're a parent and your 5-11 year old daughter wants to be a Wildcat, you will need to add them to your FAN so that they can play and book onto sessions.
Once you have created an account on theFA.com, just go to the top right corner of the screen once you have signed in on the homepage. You will see a button called 'My Account'.
Click there and this will bring up all your details which you will need to fill in. Scroll down the page slightly and there is a button that allows you to "Add Junior FAN". Click here to insert your youth's details.
From here, fill in the boxes with the necessary details of the youth you want to have associated to your FAN. You can add more youths by pressing 'Add Junior FAN' again, and you can also determine between a youth who may be new to events and programmes in the FA or one who has been linked before and already exists on the system.
When you're finished, ensure you 'Save Changes' and then this will assign your child/relative/youth to your account. When they reach 16 years old, the account will separate. The parent/guardian will now be able to book events and sessions on the FA Events Platform for the youth.
