Navigate to Discipline and click on the suspensions tab to view your current player or personnel suspensions.
Where there is an active suspension displaying for a player or personnel member click ‘confirm suspension matches for this suspension’.
The top of the next page will be display the terms of suspension including the length (i.e. matches or days), the category of football (i.e. All Football, Saturday or Sunday Football, Friendly Football, etc) and the start date. To begin entering the matches, click ‘create match’.
If the suspended Participant’s Team’s fixtures and results are published via FA Full Time, those matches will be automatically populated for selection in the grey box as shown on this page. Do note that if a match on FA Full Time is published as being abandoned or postponed it will not display here as matches must be completed in full to count towards the serving of a suspension.
It is the Club’s responsibility to ensure that when creating and recording matches against a suspension this is a true and accurate reflection. Failure to ensure this may result in retrospective disciplinary action being taken.
When you click into ‘create match’ you will be taken to this screen. Here, you must input all details linked to the suspension match. When you click into each section you will be able to search for specific Teams, Competitions and oppositions. At the end you must enter the date of the suspension match. Following this, click ‘create’ at the bottom of the screen.
This pop-up will then show which suspended Participants this match will count towards the serving of their suspension.
You will need to repeat this process until the required number of matches have been added. The list of matches added will then be populated into this screen. You will need to click ‘confirm’ for each match in order for it to count towards the serving of the suspension.
