Issuing a misconduct on County Portal

  1. On the County Portal, open the discipline tab on the left hand side. This will display the screen below, from which you select ‘Misconducts’ from the subheadings. Once there, there will be a list of fixtures that Match Officials have submitted. Click into one of these matches to see the case details.

  1. Once within the match, the case details, including the status of County progression with the Misconduct, will be visible. To generate a misconduct charge, press the blue ‘Create Misconduct’ button in the top left. This will provide you with an option to select ‘Participant charge’ or ‘Club Charge’. Select the relevant option.

  1.  ‘Select Club/Player’ and ‘Add charge code’. When adding charge codes, you can click boxes to add extra charges or make it a serious case. Once these have been inputted, use the ‘Create pending charge’ button to progress.

  1. To add a document ie the evidence pack to support the charge. Click on the documents tab along the top and upload the relevant file from your documents:

  1. Navigate back to Charge details along the top tabs and once the charge wording and all other details are correct, press ‘Generate charge letter’ and then ‘Submit charge’.

  1. Once the charge is submitted, you can view the status of the charge within the misconduct sub heading. You can also click into the charge for a more detailed view.
