How to send an email from My Programmes/Events

You have the option to send emails directly in the 'My Programmes' or 'Events' module.

  1. Choose a specific session and click into the session. You should then see the list of attendee.

  2. Select the participants you would like to email and then click the 'Email Attendees' button as shown below.




  3. You will be met with the pop up shown below allowing you to check the recipient(s) that are being emailed by clicking 'Show Recipients' and write your email in the 'Message' field.


  4. Then click Send.
