Once logged in you will reach the admin area of your account on Book Football. There is a guided tour which will help you understand all the key features and navigation areas of Book Football.
Before you can start setting up any FA Programmes you will need to complete your organisation checklist, which consists of;
Connect Payments
You have the option to connect to our payment provider ‘Stripe’ if you wish to move to cashless system. Stripe is a third party payment provider in which we provide the option for you to use their services for online payments if required. Please note that The FA do not own this service, and can only advise you on Stripe troubleshooting via the support methods they offer.
Online Payments
Select ‘Connect to Stripe’ if you wish to set up online payments through our payment provider ‘Stripe’
Simply follow the steps to connect to stripe

Enter your phone number to receive a verification code and enter a code
- The first screen will ask you for your organisation's address and what type of business you are.
- Within the 'Type Of Business' field, most Football clubs will most likely fall under Individual/Sole Trader.
- However, there are other categories to choose from; Non-profit (a registered charity), Partnership/PPL and Private Limited Company.
- Please only select the other options if you are a registered business with a company and VAT number. If you are still unsure which one to choose see Stripe's help guide here:

- Once connected to Stripe you will head back to complete the remaining items on the organisation checklist
Offline payments
- If you wish to select offline payments please select this option. You can still set the price of your session, this just means you will not take any payments through the platform.
- If you currently use an alternative payment system you can also share the payment link with your participants by emailing them directly or including this link in your additional confirmation page during the creation of your sessions.
- Accept Terms and Conditions Simply accept the terms and conditions of the checklist, you also have the option to read them via the hyperlink
- Health and Safety Risk Assessment Simply accept the acknowledgement of having a Health and Safety Risk Assessment, you also have the option to download a template via hyperlink
- Public Liability Insurance
Please note : If you are an affiliated club and have linked this t your account you will notice that your public liability has already been checked off, as we recognise your account is linked to the affiliated club you have selected. If you are not an affiliated club you will be required to upload a copy of your public liability insurance which will need to be checked and approved by your local County FA.
