1, Head to myaccount.thefa.com and log into your account, Click into the child you wish to check the dispensation application for
2. Scroll down to application dashboard
3. Click "View Application"
4. Scroll down to view comments made by the FA
5. Add the additional evidence required
6. Add a comment stating the evidence has been uploaded
7.Submit the application back to the FA
Failing to add a comment the application will not send back to the FA which will result in a delay with the application
