This export will give you your County FA sales for insurance for the 2023/24 season. You will need to monitor when downloaded, as on completion of your 2nd declaration and any after, your provider may need to remove previously submitted info, to avoid duplication and confusion.
FOLDED TEAMS/CLUBS: If you have had teams and/or clubs fold, and you have refunded their insurance premiums, you must ensure you manually remove these from the declaration if required to do so by your provider. Alternatively, they may ask you to retain the original list, but mark those who do not require cover and payment has been refunded. You should speak directly to your provider to obtain which approach to take when completing your declarations.
1. Sign into County Portal. Here you will see the 'Products' menu option
2. Click On Insurance within the Affiliation tab
3. Click on Product Report and the report will be downloaded into an excel spreadsheet
