To fold a team in the club portal select the teams tab on the left hand side and then click in to the team you would like to fold.
You will then see the team details and at the bottom is the fold team option.
The system will then ask you to enter a reason as to why you are folding the team (this is a mandatory field) and also allows you to add any extra comments if you have selected "other" as your reason. Then scroll down to confirm that you have read that all officials, players and league memberships will be removed from the team and that the County FA and any associated leagues will be notified.
A final warning message will then appear reminding you that all officials, players and league memberships will be removed from the team and that the option to unfold the team will last 14 days. After 14 days then team will be folded and removed from the club.
PLEASE NOTE : IF A TEAM IS UNFOLDED WITHIN 14 DAYS, ALL PREVIOUS OFFIALS, PLAYERS AND LEAGUE REGISTRATIONS WILL NEED TO BE ADDED AGAIN
