Please follow the below guidance on what to do if you are wanting to withdraw your consent from a club.

Desktop Version
Step one:
Log into players.thefa.com
This will be the same login details you would use to log into to give consent or access the matchday app
Step two:
Under the me tab you will see the clubs that you have consented to play for.
Step three:
Click remove from club
Please note: You will only be able to do this if you are not league registered with a team. If you are league registered and want to remove consent, the club will need to speak to the league to cancel the existing registration first
Step four:
Click confirm
This will now remove your consent from the club.
You can do this as a parent/carer for the children/dependents that are linked to your club. Just click the child/dependents tab
