Which roles allow access to clubs/competitions portal?

Club Roles Access

Whole Game system will default access to player data pages for the key officers of a club. These are the club secretary, club chairman and club treasure. This can also be the club welfare officer where needed.

In some cases, larger clubs will want to share the administrative load which can be done by assigning a Club Registrations Officer.

Please note, a club registration officer will have access to the whole clubs registration.


There will be 2 new roles with different permissions:


1. Team Official - this will include Team Managers/assistant, Team Coaches/assistant. They will be able to view squad list and export data as well as add email/add parents and various admin tasks.     

2. Team Admin -this will be Team secretaries. They will have enhanced permissions and be able to register players, add to teams, view squad lists etc but unlike a club player registration officer they will only be able to do this for their team

Please note the Team Admin role will not be available till the start of next season

 

 

League Roles Access
