When you navigate to People > List People and select role = referee then you should be given the option to either "Add referee from WGS"
If this option is not available please follow the below guidance:
1. Go to Setup > Affiliation
2. From the drop down options you can select up to four County FA's, if you require more than four Counties please input your most frequent four and then contact full-time@thefa.com
3. Remember to click "Update" to save your changes
