When email notifications are due to be released due to fixture changes ie. updates to time/venues. or match officials, you can visit the below URL:
https://fulltime-admin.thefa.com/gen/ListEmailNotificationDetail.do
The below page will then be available whereby you can cancel notifications being released and also immediately release the notifications if they are urgent.
There is also a countdown timer to the notifications being released.
