Only existing Club Officials on Whole Game System can add new Club Officials.
To add a Club Welfare Officer, ensure you're in your club tab and click on your Club Officials option in the left hand menu
Click the blue "Add Official" button
You can then search for the individual by entering their FAN or Full Name & Date Of Birth. You can also search by postcode but we recommend leaving it blank to get the best search results.
Once the individual shows, tick the box by their name to confirm you wish to add them to a club role, select the role you wish to add them too and finally, the start date. This can be backdated should that be required. Click Ok to add the individual into the role
To be assigned the role of Club Welfare Officer (Youth Teams) the requirements are in-date DBS, Safeguarding Children Workshop (SCW) and Welfare Officers Workshops (WOW). Should a Club Welfare Officer not have the prerequisite qualifications, please contact your County FA who will be able to support you
