Sorry, we couldn't find your teams

You may receive the 'sorry, we couldn't find your teams' error when trying to log in to Matchday.



In this case, it's likely that you have a duplicate email or FAN on our system which is causing the blockage. There are a couple of things you can do to try and resolve this.


1. Firstly, make sure your club have linked you to your child/ren in Whole Game System.


2. You can also get them to try and sign in here as the login details are the same: 

https://wholegame.thefa.com/Account/Login and they might get an error along the lines of 'your email exists on more than one account, please contact...' The people you'll contact is just the same little team anyway so it's worth getting them to click 'Sign in using FAN' then following the instructions here: WGS Login - my email exists on more than one account.


3. Finally it may be something as simple as a password reset. In this instance, direct them to https://www.thefa.com/account/RequestPasswordReset and get them to enter their (the parents' details not the child's) FAN and DOB then reset via the email sent to their address.
