This email is shared on multiple accounts
- Remove Email address from WGS & CAS
- Go back to customer and ask to reset password
- IF Shared email message still appears and no email comes up under Advanced Find on CRM, put onto Onside Spreadsheet
- Once additional FAN’s have been found on Onside, remove them from CAS
- Go back to customer asking them to reset their password using: https://www.thefa.com/account/password-reset
